  I have seen police quarters incompleted storey building abandoned in the bushes in Cape Coast and Saltpond,built by Kwame Nkrumah,and am sure they are all still in the bushes, due to the incompetence and wickedness of our leaders.This mother serpent of corruption has had money than any other past government, he could have built 320 in city and town accross nation if he wanted to.

  I think the Police barracks at Legon and Kotobabi shd be demolish and the space shd be utilised for higher storey buildings.This will help house a lot of Servicemen/women.It will also improve environmental hygiene
