So if the story is true, what is preventing the GES from giving out the laptops when they have dully been deducted from the salaries? Is this not fraudulent ?

This government is complete borla
They should have attacked him with stones and clubs and give him a proper beating. If the teachers do not pressure the initiators of the one teacher one laptop policy into giving them their laptops they may never get it.
