Those documents can be deemed as being classified. If the documents regarding Jakpa's removal from the service were classified, the military official who appeared in court and presented testimony would have made that claim. Members of the military can removed for certain stated infractions. Depending on whether the targeted member is an enlisted soldier or a commissioned officer, there are procedures that that the military authorities have to follow in or order to remove that soldier. The officer who appeared in court and testified to Jakpa's removal stratus did not provide any documents detailing any hearings that were held, if any. That should be enough to arouse suspicion as what the military may be hiding. There were no issues of matters dealing with military secrets or state secrets, so there's no reason why the military chose to give a narration without presenting documents regarding the what hearing was held to determine Jakpa's fate.

Col Aboagye is one hell of a dishonest officer. I blame the officers who changed his dismissal to honorable release for him to use his rank in civil life. And due to that change, he managed to get other jobs including consulting for the UN. This is why he is parading himself as a Security Expert and misinforming the public. An indisciplined officer who mercilessly beat up a soldier’s wife.

He is always misinforming the public. Who tells Aboagye that every dismissal of an officer is a result of a court martial? I can’t imagine how Aboagye can be this dishonest knowing that several officers have been released for failing on several occasions to pass their promotion exams.

Is this dishonesty retired officer saying he doesn’t know this? Then I wonder what he was teaching cadets as Commanding Officer of the Military Academy before he was dismissed himself.

Col Gbevlo Lartey was right. Not even the officer was supposed to see that letter. But it came out in court that the Minister of Defence asked for it and gave it to the AG. Was the Minister right or wrong? Did the MilItary Secretary give the letter to the Minister through due process ? These are the questions I expect Aboagye to be asking and educating the public on. Not this hatred of the system that dismissed him for gross indiscipline.

The public should note, more often than not, soldiers and officers who usually misbehave or misinform about the military were individuals who themselves were released for questionable character. Those of us who know the circumstances under which Aboagye and Japka were released from the service would attest to this.

Aboagye should stop driving the military into his dirty politics. You should know better and your motives are known

Now the NDC criminal party is using Okudzeto Ablakwa to attack Ofori Atta for releasing the funds to repair and service the 300+ ambulance that Akufo-Addo imported under the 1 District 1 ambulance program, the program that has since been upgraded to the National Ambulance Services or the Ghana National Paramedics Ambulance Services. One thing that the rotten sharp teeth Ablakwa doesn’t realize is that building or setting up an ambulance service or paramedics cost so much money that exceeds the average layman’s understanding. The reason only advanced healthcare providing countries are able to implement such a costly program.

But thanks to President Akufo-Addo, a man who spent most of his childhood life in the UK and accustomed to how important it is to set up reliable healthcare services has given Ghanaians the opportunity to enjoy something or services that is only available in the advanced countries, services that only few African countries have in place.

Aside from South Africa and some few other countries in Africa, Ghana has now become a leading providers of first aid response services. Why now — after 67 years of independence? What the NDC, Okudzeto, and other past governments have refused to divulge to the Ghanaian people is the cost of running or establishing a National Public Paramedics or Ambulance Services. Right now, according to this year’s book value, an average Mercedes Benz Splinter fully equipped type 1 ambulance with defibrillators and other advanced health equipments like the ones we are currently enjoying in Ghana cost about $ 250,000 — $300,000 apiece.

Ask sekankan Ablakwa if he has any idea about my assertions? He won’t know because he is a local King Kong who has just little exposure in the Western World medical settings. Ofui! He thinks ambulances are like those Aboboyaa tricycles that Mahama and his criminal brothers imported and flooded the Ghanaian streets with. So did Richard Jakpa, the NDC military dishonorably discharged officer actually chose to buy those Kentengo non equipped Ford Vans to Ghana with the aim of getting those guys at Kumasi Magazine Artisan community to transform them into a makeshift ambulances?

And how much did Jakpa is accused of spending on those Kentengo eyesores of ambulances? You see: the goon doesn’t understand why Ken Ofori Atta has doled out about $39 million to service and maintain our existing ambulance after they have been in use for more than five years or must’ve run out manufacture’s warranty. Does the goon even understand what manufacture’s warranty is ! Kuraasenii Ablakwa!

Does Okudzeto want Ghana to go and buy new ambulances after these current ones go out of services? Yessss ooo! The NDC and John Bentua Mahama allowed Kufour’s fleet of ambulances to go wasted instead of maintaining them. So they are planning to do the same thing with the current ones should the unthinkable happen— and they find themselves at the Jubilee House! OVER OUR DEAD BODIES! I SHALL RETURN!

At Oxford where there is no bribery and corruption,when he failed his exams he was SACKED at such a prestigious Institution and brought SHAME to Ghana and his family.Almost all npp guys were favoured and passed through the back door. Purchase of.these half built Ambulances in some alledged deal ,and the unproven result of misappropriation of funds which was around 2or3 million dollars.
The cost of this trial by judge only ,will eventually lead to nothing in the way of a conviction.
The trial will cost 10 times the amount of money that is alledged to being lost buy this ambulance saga.
SOMETHING THE COUNTRY CAN ILLAFFORD......GO FIGURE?????

It's been suggested that the Police Investigation, wasn't up to scratch in the first place .....and there's been countless finger pointing to people who have may have died ,or left town......The Judge erred in my opinion, simply because the court didn't stick to facts .....and should have been finished long ago....And the facts are .....did these two do.a dodgy deal to benefit themselves.
Yes or No?... Now it's just a lot of hot waffle......plain ,stupid reherect getting nowhere....The Judge should have a conference in her Chambers, telling the Prosecutor and the Defence lawyer to cut the crap,and you got a week to prove your point 6 months ago.
The trial is now heading to a point where it's almost a ROYAL. COMMISSION. and not just a plain criminal trial ..it's becoming a joke.

It's a simple action of character assination and SHOULD BE DISALLOWED AS EVIDENCE FOR WHAT?.....HE GOT THE SACK FROM HIS JOB ???? SO WHAT?.....THIS IS JUST A WITCH HUNT AND SHOULD BE KNOCKED ON HEAD......IT HAS NO RELEVANCE WHATSOEVER ON THE CRIMINAL CASE BEFORE THE COURT ......IF I WAS REPRESENTING
