Yes, Ablakwa as parliamentarian was the one leading that "fake company" when Ghana paid judgement debt to that company with Ablakwa receiving his share. Go and ask him why he did that.

Forensic audit should be conducted and investigated thoroughly and the dodgy characters with dubious records should be arrested and tried with lengthy custodial sentences when found guilty.
