The population figure of 34.7M is an estimated figure from the statistical services plus all other figures except the 18.7M registered voters. EC's 18.7 M people on the register can be verified if anyone doubts them. In any case there has never been any elections in Ghana with 100% turn out.
Like there say, elections are won at the polling station. Simply add up all polling station results to get your total votes cast. This is not rocket science. It's requires speed and accuracy using the latest technologies.

With all the professors and stolen monies at the NDC's disposal they can't do this simple things it's up to them. Useless opposition party
