He might have misbaved but no documents show any criminal procedure against him while in the Military. This what you guys in the npp do and carry your behavior into government and crashed Ghana into bankruptcy. Look at why your government brought Ghana today? Aren't ashamed of Ghana and yourselves as members of the ruling government?

I'm not sure what Jakpa is being tried for. Is the state trying him for a specific role in procuring the ambulances or a particular crime he committed in the army? I see here that you give a dog a name and hang it. What about ...

I'm not sure what Jakpa is being tried for. Is the state trying him for a specific role in procuring the ambulances or a particular crime he committed in the army? I see here that you give a dog a name and hang it. What about the voices on the tape? I don't intend to criticize the court system, but what is going on is evil, and it can be used to jail an innocent person today or in the future. The perpetrators should remember that they're setting a precedence that can be used against them one day.

If you're aren't such a dumb ass idiot, you would have noticed that I used the word 'ways', in one part of the sentence, and the word 'procedures' in another part. If you believe both words have the same meaning, then why make a fuss of my use of those two words?

They are trying to establish that Jakpa is a liar. He said je was released honorably. If he lied about that then he must have lied about many other things.
Therefore no one can trust the accusations he made against Dame or the defence he put up for himself and Forson.
Jakpa testimony is more forceful than the defence put up by Forson. So If you discredit him, you jail the two and then go about claiming Ag did nothing wrong. Jakpa simply lied
