The creation of the District Assembly Common Fund was an initiative of the PNDC to ensure the development of assemblies was not denied. This fund was backed by law and provisions for it were made in the Constitution. What could be considered a social intervention more significant than this?

One would expect a so-called “Dr.” to speak to facts and not twist issues for political expediency. It’s because of people like you that Ghanaian PhD holders are often mocked.

The constitution was drafted by some prominent people of Ghana representing various interest groups. It was accepted by the sovereign will of the people of Ghana through a referendum. The constitution subsequently makes it legal for the formation parties to contest elections. Therefore it was the constitution that paved the way for NDC formed.

How can anything that is enshrined in the constitution be a brain child of a particular political party?

Check the following:
1. Extension of electricity to all corners of Ghana.
2. The establishment of the GETfund
3. The establishment of the NADMO.
4. The establishment of NCA to regularise the telecom airwaves.
5.The establishment of all the dedicated funds which Akufo Addo has cupped.
6The Atuabo Gas project is a social intervention program to get us gas to save us billions of cedis.
7. The establishment of schools, polytechnic, universities, hospitals, health centres etc etc are all social intervention policies.
Dr Domfe seems not to understand the word SOCIAL or else he would not behave like an uneducated foot soldier of a party in Ghana.

Finally the whole 1992 constitution was birthed by the NDC tradition, without any doubt.
