  This is a hogwash explanation. Giving the opportunity to people who were previously rejected because they did not meet some or all of the criteria and denying others who may be more qualified? This just doesn’t add up.

  How can someone referred to as honorable lie. He thinks we can’t think through the lines? Once an applicant for recruitment is unsuccessful, it ends there. The candidate reapplies when the opportunity is availed. Nothing like reconsideration of previously rejected application whatsoever. His shadows are chasing him. He can bulldoze his way by infiltrating the ranks of the security but it’s obvious the die is cast already and the efforts can’t save a party heading into opposition
