  We must understand that party manifestos are one sided and may not necessarily be what the country needs to advance in development. It is just promises to win votes. Countries Development plans are drawn by brains from all parties and it includes what we need for development and not just promises which can even retard the country for several years. Any party which cannot implement the Development plan should be voted out. and brains from all parties must contribute to what is in the National Development plan. Ghana is retrogressing too much by this party manifestos policy.

If we have free SHS in our development plan, all the necessary preparation that has to done will be done for smooth implementation. You need to come again.

Most of the time it's because the government who takes over wants to pave the way for his party to get 15% of procurement. To stop this, national development plan is the way to go.
