I have been riding motorcycles for years and I can say emphatically that drivers of DV registered vehicles are the most reckless on our roads. I don't know where they are always in a hurry to. This is followed closely by Okada riders. Then we have Uber and bolt drivers. Surprisingly, women that used to be regarded as cautious drivers in the past have become something else. Texting while driving is what some of them do now. One almost killed me on Achimota road the other day.
