  Ghana is a republic and not a monarchy. No chief has any power to set or enforce law.
  No one has any right to rule as an un-elected official. You cannot rule in a republic simply by your birth lineage.

  Ga Mantse please chief this the truth. NPP, NDC etc are all liars. I live at Adenta. Since NPP came over 8 years ago they have not clean our gutters, let alone our roads as they promised to do. Even if house owners paid people to clean the public gutters in front of their houses but wicked outsiders throw dirty things into the public gutters. They get away with it because the public gutters are always uncleaned. Please blame the politicians not those who lived in those areas they wish would be cleaned everyday.
