  Castigating him for what?he is advising them not to vote for a useless economist who can't manage the economy, something that is supposed to be his expertise, the one who campaigned riding on the cedi to dollar rate at the time, now watching on without having no antidote to stop the cedi from falling helplessly and freely to the dollar, if an intelligent person is asking them not to vote for such a deceitful and inept person, what's his offense? He is rather doing them a favor, wanting a better future for them and their children and their children's children.
