Tweaah! The OSP is nothing but the Office of the Special Pisstaker.
What has the OSP got to do with election and election related matters? I'm confused here.
You have no authority to deploy plain clothes operatives in Ghana,not to talk of electoral issues.
Only the Ghana police services personnel are allowed into and near the perimeter.
They are to be in uniform at all time ...

OSP has the authority to do deploy as planned. U can go to court and restrain him. Election task members who are not only police personnel are also allowed into the inner perimeter.
