Ghana is a democracy with freedom of speech and assembly and no judge should have the authority to gag citizens from discussing a case of national interest . Why should Ghanaians especially those in the legal arena allow themselves to be taken for granted by these so called partisan judges. Ghanaians must disregard the order by this judge because Ghana is a democratic country and not a military or dictatorship state.
