  The court should NOT have admitted the alleged "dismissal letter" of Jakpa but rather have directed the Prosecution to ask the CDS to come and tender it.

  The court should NOT have admitted the alleged "dismissal letter" of Jakpa but rather have directed the Prosecution to ask the CDS to come and tender it.
  
  Similarly, Godfrey Dame should have been the one to tender the "66 messages" and not the Prosecutor. Even if the prosecution has the statement of an accused person in its possession, it is for the Police Officer who took the statement to tender it.
  It is a grave error on the part of the Court and the Defence needs to draw the attention of the Court for correction
