Especially in Africa the sun is shining for free and intensive, why not solar energy ? Japanese road contractors did a great job in Tema. They can make an excellent Motorway from Achimota to Kumasi. No way to Tema. Unacceptable single lane to Takoradi. Railways are missing from Takoradi Port to Tarkwa Manganese.
