The Military is full of reports about the attitudes and conducts of every officer and soldiers. And he Jakpa knows about it. He is simply fooling his supported.

  See your ignorance. The fact that Jakpa was not copied means that it is a CONFIDENTIAL document which should never get into the hands of anyone outside the military. In the worst case scenario, the AG would apply through the court for any such information, granted that it is even ethically right so to do. So you should also relax for all you know, the document might be fake. The day of reckoning shall surely come.

I guess you do not know the weight the office of the AG carries as far as criminal prosecutions are concerned. I hope you are pretty aware of the RTI law. And who told you that confidential documents can not be accessed by persons and institutions who legitimately request for them? For your information, documents classified below Secret have less security cover, and therefore can be accessed without much difficulty. Jakpa himself knows how he performed in his short stay with the military. He is not being faithful to himself and his supporters. It is good he has called for it. Everything will be disclosed in the open court.

Who authorised the release of his military records to be tendered in court in support of the trial process? Has his crime of causing financial loss to the state anything to do with the crime he is accused of? Political bravado and A/G incompetence have brought us this low. How can a trial judge in this ambulance case say in open court that., she ( Afia Serwaa Asare Botwe) aspires to be a supreme Court justice and still sitting on the case? Under Akuffo Addo, to be a supreme Court justice is no longer prestigious, hallowed and venerable because it has become crystal clear that judges lobby to get to the apex court.

The contents of this memo do not appear to be a criminal matter.Even in the UK any criminal matter of 10 years conviction is deemed to have been spent and deemed to have been erased completely from the records! So how did the so-called Dzakpa letter suddenly appear. Who might have done this; definitely an NPP sympathizer. The Minister of defense MR. NITIWUL? What is the relevance of this supposed memo to this ambulance case? This goes to show how desperate the AG is to enable him persecute this Dr Ato Forson. But he has failed and by doing so he has brought a disgrace unto himself ! What has this 17 year old memo got to do with this Ambulance case? Even if Drakpa had been sent to prison, don't we send people to prison to reform?

  Did Jakpa tell you he was an Air Officer? Jakpa was in the Mortar Regiment under the Southern Command. The letter was signed by the Brigade Commander then.
