All we see is the zeal sell. At this point that everyone is questioning the sale, would have expected evidence to support position taken but so far zero.

SSNIT owns 60% of the shares in these hotels, so it effectively owns the hotels and should have worked extra hard to turn them around. A sale to Rock City which does have money to invest and fix the hotels will be even more catastrophic. The staff at SSNIT lacks experience managing such complex assets.

By the way, why did these hotels start making loses when NPP took over it management?
