Stupid excuses being given by this political CJ Torkoonoo for her recommending NPP Judges to infest the Supreme court so the next government will not have any opportunity even to appoint one more judge. These guys don't write their own reasoned opinions, they are just there to simply say yeah yeah to UNANIMOUS verdicts (7-0, 9-0, 5-0) so who needs 20 judges to this basic job?? We don't even need 10 judges at the Supreme Court. What the CJ is doing is packing the courts with NPP judges to back her unanimous verdicts

Torkonoo is just doing Akufo Addo's bidding. Akufo Addo is a coward, always hiding behind people to prosecute his diabolical agenda. This request by Torkonoo is similar to the LGBTQ+ saga. He does not want to sign it so he asks somebody to proceed to court to injunct parliament. The audacity of it. Exampleas are legion.

Delays in the court is too much, I have a case which has ran for eight years, very frustrating. CJ must employ more judges and train more magistrates and adapt JM's 24-hour economy. Must lift the quota systems in law school admissions. If you encounter delays in the courtrooms. You will appreciate what the Lady is doing. Supreme Court is not for politicians only.

Please conduct best practices with UK and US and let's see what we can learn from them. Every situation can be justified by anyone who knows how to do that and tell a different story without comparing best practices. Why should the courts be packed only at this time and not next year? And why should it be done by Akufo Ado and nobody else? Stop this dirty agenda and stop insulting our intelligence - or else you will also be insulted. And next present will retired all these new judges packed into the court or re-assigned them other duties and replace them to serve national interest of the day.

20 Judges for 9-0, 7-0, 5-0 unanimous rulings of the useless and political supreme court where they don't write their own opinions but just to say yeah yeah! This will be causing financial loss to the state!

By this logic we would soon have co presidents.
The over 100 Ministers just run as into a ditch. What are the high courts doing, create more high courts and send all the people packing.
We shall have to elect the Supreme Court judges. Each region shall elect one judge making 16, then we have the chief justice making 17. Full stop

That Ghana Bar has become a nothing but a Yessa Massa outfit. The Chief Justice's recommendation for more Justices to the Supreme Court is absurd and unnecessary, and must be denied. The Chief Justice is making that request at the prodding of Akufo-Addo and Dame, just to pack the court with barely a few months left for these nation-looters at Julor House. The Chief Justice isn't acting in the best interest of the Supreme Court, for she's merely a Julor House pawn and co-conspirator in the scheme devised by Akufo-Addo and Dame to pack the Supreme Court. Parliament should shoot down that silly and devious recommendation.

the supreme court judges should put in extra shift to get the job done instead of taking the easy option of getting more judges and burdening the taxpayers with extra avoidable expenses.
