  There is very important key point we always missed in our democracy in the 1992 constitution. we are not practising our initial roadmap of our democracy.
  The first input that we have missed was the action of NPP boycotting the 1992 parliamentary election.
  every body would recall the initially we supose to have separate elections for the presidential candidates , and then the members of parliament.
  if we had developed that roadmap for our democracy it could have given the chance for MPs to campaign on their own and what they could do in parliament.
  The MP has lost their core objective because of the way they do their campaign together with the executives.- this has caused our dysfunctional separation of powers.
  
  2. The winner takes all syndromes has crippled and turned the good brains into political sycophancy

The blend of the UAS and the UK democracy- in which wee forget the who watches the watchman- has given more room for executive to misbehave . this is dangerous because the people got boiling inside and has no choice than to wait for another 4years before she or he could vest out the anger about the misbehaviour of the executive.
  in the USA why do they have different timelines to elect the president, congress and senates-
  the reason for them is , 2 years in the mid of the president- the people could vote against their congress candidates or senate candidates that informed the president that either he or she has got thumb up and endorsement from what he is doing or , has got disapproval -the people are not happy .
  if you compare this to ours, you could see a clear picture that we in Ghana truly don't understand what we are doing here.$

  this call simply exposes one of the vulnerabilities of former president Mahama. He was vice president when Atta Mills embarked on a nation-wide consultation toward the review of the constitution. Dr Raymond Atuguba who was the executive secretary of the constitutional review committee eventually became President Mahama cabinet Secretary. The commission completed its work and submitted the report to the government before Mahama's second term. So what prevented the Mahama and NDC government from implementing the recommendations proffered by the commission? What did Mahama do about the commission that his government set up that did its work and submitted its report at the expense of the tax payer? And why the call now for another review?

They thought they were going to be in power perpetually so arrogated a lot of powers to the executive , now who cause am.
