there are lot of reasons and inputs behind every law .
so if you are importing a law outside your jurisdiction-
1. you must understand first why that law was passed and it was based on an existential policies of A or B , the law must be cleared as to what it seemed to achieved.- if the achievement of it objectives is an alien to our society we may need more inputs to make it fit for a purpose.
This affirmative BILL is just throwing dust in the Air- very one sided.
in this modern world responsibilities are shared,
Gone were the days that fathers were told to pay kids school fees alone,
totadys Ghana women are more wicked than men.
they kill their husbands just for properties.
if a kid is above 18 years, she or he must not have any share in fathers property- if the father want to give his properties to his children in the form of a WILL, so be it,
if not and you are above 18years off age- you have no rights to claim your parents properties.
we need more inputs in the BILL before it is been passed
