  Get to the root of the matter. DVLA signs off on these dangerous vehicles and provides a roadworthy certificate to these unfit vehicles. It is another form of corruption where a few cedis are exchanged and no inspection is done. Look at all these trotros without brake lights, poor tires, missing lug nuts, and other deficiencies. Yet is will have a shiny new roadworthy sticker displayed. Hold the government accountable at every level and things can only get better for us.
