  Telecel if you are owing go and pay oo. Already we can even manage the already poor service you are offering us. NCA people too investigate the matter fairly and ensure you people settle it once and for all, already we the Telecel subscribers have been suffering the poor call & data services. ATC or whatever company, reconnect them back fast if Telecel does not owe and ensure going forward you operate on pay as you go model to avoid these kind of confusion going forward....Ghana ankasa we have a big problem..when technologically companies are collaborating and fast advancing the industry elsewhere, we are here throwing "you owe me, I don't owe you tantrums"
