That is why it is very important - for all members of the ECO to make sure they dedicate one Bank in every member state to would deal with foreign currency transaction.

when you come to Ghana - it is Ghana Commercial Bank GCB
everybody in the country must open 2 accounts - local- ECO and the foreign currency Euro/ Dollars
if you are going on vacations in Africa countries , just use your ECO debit card for any transactions
if you are going to USA or Europe just use your Foreign account debit card.
