Where is Clement Apaak? This character was running his mouth all over the place that the government owed WAEC and that the exams will be postponed for 3 months. You see how these fools reason? When it is time to face reality, they run away. And Apaak is supposed to have a PhD. Oh my God a passport from Kosovo is more valuable than all the certificates that Apaak holds
