What is Fidelity trying to prove by dragging this guy and this case? Is there something more damaging they are trying to hide? They are a regulated bank and this guy has nothing to lose. This is what he does daily for kicks. Fidelity doesn't have any people there who can read into this and see that he will just use them for thrills? It will be too late by the time they get any damages and it is not like he can pay. I am disappointed in Fidelity management for allowing the brand to be dragged through the mud. Useless.
