The fact that the CJ recommended them for the supreme court doesn't mean she's requesting that they must be appointed to the supreme court to make the justices of the apex court 15.
All she's indicating is that these judges are good materials for the supreme court and must be considered in the near future, should there be vacancies.
We know it's a human institution and some may be going in retirement that will need replacement.

they are not going to be allowed to vet or approve any appointment from the executive.
be it a minister, a judge, or to any state enterprise position until December polls are done .

3. parliament should make some rules and laws to that there won't be any vetting or approval from the executives 6months to an election. this is very important that need to be factored in the constitutional reforms amendment Bill.
