no country in the develop world left their doors so widely opened in the name of an open market and was able to control their inflation.
even the internet world today must be a great concern to call for a Tarif regime.
may be those who are opposing the LI has little knowledge about what Tarif regime is all about.
LtHE LI MUST COVER EVERYTHING in the country.
for eg

if we have a Tarif Regim for Taxis, Torero,
by saying
1KM/ GHs 2
everybody could factor that into his or her budget.
if there supose to be an increment - the transport unions must wait for an approved Tarif from parliament before they could change the price/KM Tarif .
nobody could just wake up and change the price to cause an inflation that could also affect the national economy.

food stuff in the market must be price/kg
eg
10kilos of Onion/ GHS 3
everybody could factor this in his or her budget-
The market woman has no choice than making sure she weighs 10kilos for GHS 3
