    So has the law been amended or its just a mere policy suggestion. Or does the act allow the ceo of gipc the power to make such changes without going through parliament

    Exactly my question too. Seemingly GIPC intends not to enforce the law as written anymore. They can obviously do that in their administrative processes.

    I would not expect them however to wave part are all of the fees paya ...

    Why this, if you decided to do this did you consider the repercussion of it. its a way to get especially nigerians to use laundered money to kick ghanaians out of business. NPP you are already out dont be desperate
