  This Ken guy is incompetent. A Dutch passport is better than his PhD. Why is that almost every Ken from the Easten region is incompetent. Ken Oforita Atta, Ken Attafua etc.

  I don’t think NIA provided National IDs meant for citizens to only true Ghanaians. By allowing every person living in the country to register without proper background checks on the applicant or proper means of verification to ascertain the true nationality of individuals brings question marks on the reliability of the data. To have ensured that only true Ghanaians are provided with National IDs NIA shoul have done the following:
  1. NIA should designed its format by providing codes for ever town or village and possibly for streets in each town or village designed in such a way that when an applicants mentions the name of his town or village his or her bio automatically adds up to the list of persons claiming to come from tha town or village. After this coding NIA cold have allowed any person to register at any place for the card. NIA could have after the registration, involved the chiefs, and elders of the towns and villages to meet their communities and verify or review the persons claiming to hail from the town or villages. By this process Ghana would have gotten data on the true nationals for proper planning
