You described this clear case of unhinged arrogance as confidence! Whew! Politics can make people fester in their justification. Confidence is the feeling or belief that one can attain a certain goal in life. In fact confidence rather comes from persons other than the one who thinks so highly of himself. It is more in the faith that the third party has in the individual to deliver on a certain mandate. Arrogance on the other hand is is the overbearing pride or haughtiness. If as a minister the populace should ask for a time schedule for dumsor which was at the time creating such unease, and we have this supposedly confident guy tell people they should provide their iwn time table, that can never be humility. That is insult and arrogance at its highest. In any case Kuffour was an asganti and a royal, he lost dome if his attempt at the presidency.
But the mire insightful side, we are told the Veep is just a moribund heap of human flesh at the presidency and that he wields no power or influence; a say to gey Bawumia put of the present npp mess.
