    The location is better for sure but who owns the Land? Hopefully it was paid for outright at a fair price if not are there any agreements for long lease and are the lease fees fair?

    Ga lands are always leased to government and non Gas, if you are a foolish enough to buy a land knowingly that you are not an indigenous Ga then go and asked Abossey-Okai, auto spare parts traders.

    Wow, building a liability in 2024. The structure is old school and will be difficult to manage. The design is terrible and looks like it will be a shack soon.
