What an advance brain would do is to allocate $50 million (not a small amount of money) to BoG's expansion and $40 million each (ie. $200) to the nation's top 5 hospitals to increase your own and distant relative's chances of survival due to a bed availability in an emergency

What a fool would do is to use all the $250 million to build a fanciful building for BoG - what a waste of higher education!

The role of BoG is to manage the economyof Ghana so that the nation and it's citizens have a viable, profitable and fair lives during their short existence on earth - it has failed on all scores and supervised the transfer of the peoples assets to foreign entities.
