How about reducing the size of government and appointees benefits; rearrange the existing resources to create value. This is what happens when accountability, transparency, and fairness is absent.

Election is coming, instead of doing it simple. You will see how much they will spend on unnecessary things like banners, billboards, T-shirts, leaflets, and cunning gifts and bribe innocent citizens to buy their votes.
One day all youth and citizens will be enlightened and we shall vote wisely, not by favoritism, tribalism, or blind party support.

Borrowing to do things that can bring in needed money for more infrastructures for economic growth is hood but in Africa the money borrowed does not bring in any great revenue or help in exporting value added products.
