What would you do with your money? In a certain constituency, no one knows the MPs house o! No one knows the minister's mansion. Does he really hail from the constituency? The misconduct charge that was leveled against him leading to his dismissal was not spelt out in the letter. If he bonked an officer or a colleagues the army could have described that as misconduct. How do you relate bonking ...

How do you relate bonking someones wife to the case at hand? Since the nature of the misconduct was not specified in the letter it was wrong for the judge to administered.

I just listened to Japka after the court today and I’m very impressed with his submission. Very intelligent and courageous person he is and I am very proud of him. This satanic judge and the pharisee AG and his assistant are all cowards and their end rewards will be dare. Japka works history has no bearing on the case and their wicked intentions will be opposed. We all know that the country Ghana is toxic place to live due to wicked manipulations during and after revolutionary periods. Officer it's not oratory that the court looks at ooo iymts beside a lot goes into judgement when a Prima facie is established its the business to hammer on it for your guilt abd you the accused must also fight hard per your lawyers to prove innocent.
The issue is before a court of competence jurisdiction so no comment but today attempt is from the tape abd the voice where AG presented 68 and he presented a few a step to discredit the accused then the employment history to prove further his credibility.
My worry is He must refrain from talking and submit everything to the court the court of Public opinion has never jailed or set someone free it only the courts per article 125(3) so if I were him I will keep quiet
