The cost of living is so high and the conditions of service are so poor that to make any meaningful living and be successful financially you have to travel outside the country for greener pastures. Colleague doctors who travelled to the Western countries have a lot of financial power as compared to those who remained in Ghana.

Go to UK , all UK trained doctors at the cost of £400,000 per person are gone to either the US or Canada or Asia. What is wrong with that. We have a challenge in recruiting since 2009. So l support the migration
