  Patient has acute Epidydimitis with a cystoecele and needs Iv antimicrobials after attaining both urine and blood cultures, VDRL,HSVI -2 testing and an ultrasound of the testicle to make sure it is not a tumor.. Leave spiritual testing out of this and get this sick man into a hospital. Thanks.
