  Waste of time, and waste of resources. Ghana has no need for that Council of State, nor does Ghana have any need for a second chamber of Parliament. Do away with the Council of State, and demand that the elected officials in Parliament work hard for the country.

We don’t have money for any development yet we always talk big on things that will not bring any income to the government. What benefit will creating a second chamber bring to the country? How did all these fools get their positions?

  1) IS GHANA FEDERAL COUNTRY LIKE NIGERIA?
  2) WAS FEDERALISM ACCEPTED BY OUR FOREBEARERS AFTER THE REGIONALISM VOTING WAS CONDUCTED IN GHANA?
  3) DOES HE KNOW THAT A SECOND CHAMBER IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND CANNOT BE AFFORDED BY GHANA?
  4) DOES HE KNOW THAT A SECOND CHAMBER IN GHANA WILL BE MERE WASTE OF MONEY?
  5) THAT A SECOND CHAMBER WILL BE MORE USELESS THAN COUNCIL OF STATE?
  
  THIS IS KNOWLEDGE FROM MY SSCE GOVERNMENT.
  I THINK I QUALIFY TO LECTURE AT CAPE VARS POLITICAL SCIENCE DEPARTMENT AND JOIN UTAG AND FIGHT FOR ITS PRESIDENCY AND LEAD STRIKES AGAINST GOVERNMENT FOR INCREASE IN RESEARCH ALLOWANCE.
