  I presume the accident happened in town so why speeding, I can't believe what is happening in Ghana now because at the rate car accidents are happening everywhere in the country is unacceptable,why should drivers consider speeding as part of driving skills?last week also another vehicle crashed a police barrier killing one of the police officers on duty instantly what kind of behaviour is this why lawlessness have taken over the country everywhere?SHAME!!
