  John Mahama after losing the elections was crying we let him keep his resistance which was meant to be a vice presidential residence. Cos of this he was building a new vice presidential residence at a cost of 14 million dollars. Yes 14 million dollars.
  I don't subscribe to people grabbing state property unlawfully but I hate hypocrisy from the NDC. They did worse. Ablakwa was the one who spearheaded the payment of dubious judgement debts even when a sitting president tried to block them they went ahead to pay and share among themselves. Pretenders !

  ISN’T HE AFRAID OR JUST ETHNOCENTRIC TO NAME THE GA CHIEFS BEHIND THE SALES?
  
  Your Ablakwa is not blowing any alarm. He is being covetous. Ask him about the background of the persons who are selling these lands. Listen to me — You these NDC morons who are supporting Ablakwa’s obvious attacks on people of Akan descent in the Government.
  
  These lands that are coming under contention between various parties, in some cases the government of Ghana as well as some diplomatic communities in Ghana were leased to the colonial government under various terms of conditions and years of occupancy. Some were leased for hundred years, others fifty years— depending on the circumstances stated or spelled under the terms of the lease. So now most of these leases have lapsed and the lands are due to be released to the various families.
  
  If Ghanaians remember how the same Ablakwa and their NDC propaganda outfit brought similar allegations against some members of the NPP in respect to the Achimota Forest reserve lands, when it turned out that the families who leased most of these lands have taken over the lands after the terms of the leases were expired.
  So now the Ga chiefs and families involved in the sales of these lands are selling the lands after the terms of agreement of occupancy have expired.
  
  The problem that the government is facing is that the truth is not being told by Ablakwa and his team, especially in election year like this one. So now I challenge Ablakwa to name the seller of the land in question if he can, because he is afraid to take on the Ga chiefs and the families who are selling their land after the government of Ghana failed to renegotiate the terms of the agreements. MAHAMA’s government was supposed to renew the agreement, so why didn’t he? Though the government of Akuffo-Addo is trying but due to the extreme bureaucracy situation in Ghana, the process has become very slow and daunting. So now Chiefs keep presenting authentic legal documents to bolster their claims of ownership to the unsuspecting buyers . There are other people and businesses who bought some of these lands, but because they are not in the NPP government or Akans , Sekakan Ablakwa is not interested to name them.
  
  These are empty and well calculated political stunt to attack people integrity most of who are Akans in the NPP party and government as corrupt. I SHALL RETURN!

  They are empty revelations. The Ga people who leased these lands to the colonial government are the owners who are selling the lands. It didn’t start from today. Some of the NDC people bought some of the lands under contention. Why has Ablakwa failed to name them? It’s empty, it’s a ploy, just like what his uncle JJ Rawlings did to hoodwink Ghanaians! Can something that’s going under court proceedings be considered classified or secret? Shame on NDC political propaganda!

The Ga Chiefs and families who are selling the lands are walking away with fortunes and you are attacking the buyer. What about those NDC big guys who have bought some of these government properties that were sold after the various terms of lease expired? I heard that TV 3 the owners of the ONUA TV that Captain Smart is hosting bought some of these properties and that’s where Captain Smart is said to be hosting his show and attacking the Akuffo-Addo administration on daily basis. NDCfuo Akromfuo!

  If we continue to link individuals who we 'claim' to have done something wrong to people in high offices, political parties, ethnicity and religion, it makes fighting the cankers in our society very difficult. If not for political reasons and advantage, why would Ablakwa bring in Dr. Bawumia? We must know that even parents are not responsible for the conducts of the children above 18 years. It is always easier to deal with an individual than a group. We need statesmen who would have the nation at heart who would strive to ensure Ghana's development than politicians whose only interest is the next election. God help Ghana.
