Also how pragmatic is it to recruit an agent with a minimum of 1st degree? There are committed, dedicated and hardworking SHS holders who are very capable and can be considered. Some degree holders, I'm sorry to say are dumber than dumb and such a policy may also narrow the pool of personnel to recruit. Please reconsider.

Polling agents need common sense, not degrees. It does not appear that the NDC and, by extension, political parties have learned any lessons over the years. What a political party needs in a polling agent is common sense, commitment and training. A degree without common sense and training is dangerous because it gives you false beliefs.

The NDC had Drs/profs in the national tally centre who both thought it wise to follow each other like ducklings to supposedly go and consult their candidate.
