We have a problem with the exchange rate of the cedi. This has lived with us for a long time and it's about time it is fixed for international trade purposes. Why are exporters are not complaining? They face the same condition (?).

The Ghana GRA is a corrupt entity killing Ghanaian businesses with their shady methods of calculation. Why would you check the price of a car in foreign currency when the car sometimes doesn’t even worth the value. Sometimes people get gifted with new or used cars that they can’t afford to on their own, so why are you calculating such a high import duties when you yourself knows that it’s too high. What about Ghanaian senior who are on retirement, they should be giving some incentives when a relative gift them a car. Their duties should be cut fifty percent. We should honor our seniors in this country and Nana Addo, the president should see to do something about giving senior some incentives, to make life easy for them.
