  most of Ghanian pastors call themselves christian pastors uses the old Testaments for tithes instead of the new Testament which is more christian to adopt taxes to dupe the people,I have never read from the new Testament where Christ told his decipels of paying tithe,he only spoke about given alms,given alms can be in the church or outsides for the needy,in Matt's 28 going,all authorities in heaven and on earth has been giving into me,go to all nations and preach the gospel and babtising them in the name of the father/ son and the holy spirit,

  I believe it is the responsibility of the Government and parliament to set up a commission to regulate not only churches gut all religious organisation. This is not the role of Christian Council. In UK of instance they have The Charity Commission whish has the power to close any church.
