Again, on the day of expected ruling; she appeared from no where to preside over the session -- announcing to the parties that she has reconstituted the panel without giving any reason.

Then you have court clerks and registrars openingly demanding for "processing fees" which they never give any receipts for. They do these corrupt acts without any shame and in the open. I've lost hope for the country called Ghana.

He is behaving ike one way traffic lawyer who thinks he knows the law more than the law itself. He just criticise and passing judgement without quoting the relevant portion of Jurisprudence clauses provided in our constitutional the CJ has breached. I think it is unfair and prejudicious or envies or just simple animosity for the Her Ladyship Gertrude Torkornoo period. Or he is NDC professor of law who has not practice in Ghana before? Jurisprudence from country to country may differ.

If you have listened to the Prof over the years, there's no way his consistency in the upholding of justice has been blemished so far.
This lady Chief Justice is behaving as if she is the First female in that position.
Even if she has to show allegiance and recognise as such, what prevents her from doing that with some sort fineness at least in order to maintain so called integrity of the Judiciary.
She has disappointed those who thought her appointment will bring a new impetus in justice delivery after the terrible performance by the one she succeeded.
Can't people be bold for once for all Ghanaians even if shame is not harboured in their DNA?

why is it that today any rulings or judgments from the same Supreme Court angered over 80% 0f Right-thinking Ghanaians?

The person in the name of Akufu Addo who has appointed majority of these judges did not choose the judges who are highly qualified to the Supreme Court.
majority of the appointed judges to the SC are based on political lineage but not competence , but not people who hate crime, not people who hate injustice-
it is a major contributor that the reason - minister of Justice do not understand or practise justice, Attorney General think he is there because of party politics but not to fight against crimes and injustice
even the CHIEF OF ALL JUSTICE CJ who supose to hate injustice- don't understand why she is been referred. to as CHIEF JUSTICE.
A chief justice must be the last person to resort to if any body feel that she or he has been treated unfairly ,
the reason why Supreme Court is the last place for adjudication is that - we have a CHIEF OF JUSTICE in that court.
as for this in Ghana , I am afraid- the 7:0FC could not be a last resorts of justice.

No judgement from any court will make 80% or 10% happy. Every ruling is subject to appeal or review. There is nothing like sacrosanct in justice delivery anywhere in world. That is some cases the accuse persons who cannot afford a lawyer is giving one by the state. From United State, UK and Europe and the whole world trial involves politicians becomes a political game it depends which side you are.

anytime there is a ruling and a judgements from the apex court,
1. you would get some persons like Kwaku Azar,- his analysis as I have followed him base specifically on law he is one of the 80% Right-thinker persons I am talking about.

2. when there is a judgement, there are law students who also analyse the reasons been given- and make their own opinion based in law out of it,
there are other opinion leaders and groups who also devoid of politics would also make sense in the ruling or judgement- one of these person is Akwasi Pratt, Randy Abbey, my good friends ate Joy FM, prof Gyampo etc
so you could not tell me that all these people are politicians.
let me give you clear example

I am an Asanti
any part in the Asanti Kingdom- Otumfour is our last resort for justice.
so if Asantis loos confidence and trust in our KING,
we are doomed-
that is why the chiefs , advisers to our KING would make sure he deliver justice. anytime Otumfour himself is dealing with a sensitive case- HE don't rely 100% on committee report, he folow the issue, and form his own opinion- so when there is a committee report that goes against his opinion he set a second chamber eminent chiefs to go to the bottom of the case,
it is after that he would deliver a judgement.
any person who brought a case to his royal majesty for adjudication even if that person loose the case, he or she knows from the heart that indeed the KING has put things in the right form of true judgement.
This is what we are talking about.
that if there is a case before the SC - let AT LEAST THE RIGHT-THINKING persons clap for the wisdom in the ruling or judgement.

There is absolutely lost of confidence and trust in our judicial jurisprudence because Akuffo Addo has corrupted and compromised the judiciary. Under Anim Yeboah as chief justice, we saw the predetermined rulings of the supreme Court. 1. The ruling nullifying the birth certificate. 2. The rulings of seven - zero and nine- zero in the 2020 presidential petition. We all saw the giggling and laughing of Gertrude Torkono when Akuffo Addo started lampooning John Mahama when the former said Akuffo Addo is a clearing agent of his appointees who are engaged in malfeasance and corruption which is obvious and the rocksolid truth. Akuffo Addo is the most corrupt and incompetent president ever in the history of Ghana.
