  Laboratory workers work under the ministry of health .
  Why does the government not have a salary structure for all the categories of staff who work in the health sector based on their level of qualifications and experience . It is as simple as that .

  It is very, very sad for someone to be in government for 7 years, and from sources, the person who is dead now has 30 million dollars in his bank accounts. Surprisingly, lab workers who are dangerously exposed on a daily basis to different types of pathogens and dangerous chemicals, such as cyanides, phenol, sulfuric and hydrochloric acids, xylene, infrared, and ultraviolet rays, work with very temperatures ranging from minus 80 to above 100 degrees Celsius. Such a category of workers needs a condition of service to at least cushion them a little,
  to be able to withstand all the atrocities mentioned above, and the government has been dragging its feet for two years. Government, please let's think about essential service workers also, because they play an important role in the country. The lab worker needs a dignified salary to take home.
