In no time, the Akuffo Addo government will use the GRA to come after him in the name of collecting tax for the state. Just because he has recognised the help of UT Bank and efforts of his workers.

Why Thank Kofi Amoabin, you took a loan from UT BANK, but you paid it off.
He took a loan from Bank of Ghana and squandered it all on poor management and whatever.
Obviously he his thanking Captain for the loan. What Captain did with liquidity support is another matter.
