I don’t mean any offence whatsoever but why would unqualified personnel use this gown? Couldn’t a different dress designed for them. I recognise they contribute a lot to our living. I would have expected the government to first conduct skill needs assessment in those towns to guide in the selection. Agro related skills with off-taker arrange would have been beneficial to them for the sustainability of the scheme

I would have expected the government to first conduct skill needs assessment in those towns to guide in the selection. Agro related skills with off-taker arrange would have been beneficial to them for the sustainability of the scheme. Let's implement programmes that resolve some of these challenges for good.
