  Useless report. How can parliament recommend sanctions to persons found culpable? Is the Speaker of Partiament now saying he can instructs and directs the Executive? Is the Police Service under the control of Partiament? Is it not this same Speaker who is fighting with the Executive over what he perceives as interference of Parliamentary work? I am waiting to see how parliament can sanction directly any culprit in the report.
