Why would one refuse to collect their passports which most Ghanaians see as a necessity to leave the country for better living. Osafo Marfo knows the reason but he is playing dumb.

Osafo Mouthful is a serious joke. This idiots just come out to make stupid statements without thinking. Why would anyone apply for a passport putting a lot of effort and money into without collecting it? I applied for passport five years ago. They asked me to collect it on a specific date. I went there but they told me I should come back after two weeks. The two weeks turned into another two weeks. They did that for me five times. I had two to go through a friend who asked me to go and see one Amoako Atta before I got it. It is not as easy as Osafo Mouthful is saying. You have to pay bribe.If there is no pressing need, why would I be wasting money every two weeks to go to the passport office? Where is Timothy Bawumia's digitalization program?
