My question is: How does the FDA determine who a celebrity is? There are so many kinds of celebrities, including movie actors, sports men and women, Internet celebrities on Youtube, Instagram, tik toc etc. Where does the status of "celebrity" begin, ranging from someone who nobody knows, to a household name celebrity? At what point does one now become a celebrity and upon what measurement is it based?

Assuming I'm a nobody, then, the moment I start advertising alcoholic beverages, could that not make me a celebrity? If so, then after how many advertisements do I now get banned?

I agree with the majority. "Well known personality or professional" cannot be limited to only CELEBRETIES". Other professionals also affected.
