    Assuming I'm a nobody, then, the moment I start advertising alcoholic beverages, could that not make me a celebrity? If so, then after how many advertisements do I now get banned?

    I agree with the majority. "Well known personality or professional" cannot be limited to only CELEBRETIES". Other professionals also affected.

    The two are those who probably take in alcohol before delivering judgement.
    If this was NDC that brought up this case the ruling would have been unanimous in favor of the petitioners .
