Mr ignoramus, what are you saying? Akufo Addo finished what? You are repeating the rubbish Miracles Aboa spewed. For your info, the UGMC is a "Turn-key" project planned in phases with the end product purposed the do "medical tourism", which eventually aid the payment of the loan used in building the facility. Did Akufo Addo go for any money anywhere to come and continue this project? The answer is a big NO. At the end of the main phase, the contract terms stipulated that the project MUST be taken to parliament in order for approval of funds for subsequent developments till the whole work was done. The fact that parliamentary approval was sought for further releases to be done during the time of the NPP doesn't mean Akufo Addo built any phase of that project. Where did he dream of this project. Actually, the implementation stage of this project began during the NPP regime and it's a complete mess up. I will not be surprise, that very soon we will here that facility is running losses.
